FaST is a fairly recent framework proposed by Ron Quartel in 2019 at the [Agile Boston(https://www.agileboston.org/uncategorized/the-open-leadership-symposium). He wrote an explanatory post about its genesis.
A version 2 published in March 2021 made it more widely known in France. Spanish, German, Polish and Slovak translations exist in the current version (2.12 July 2022), but nothing in French. Well, not quite: there was indeed the very good article by Robin Béraud-sudreau, but it is a partial and adapted translation of an older version (2.1).
The presentation by Alexandre Boutin at Agile Grenoble 2022 really made me discover it. Before that, I had only heard about the subject. In his talk, Alexandre regretted the lack of feedback on this framework. The seed was planted in my mind. Since then, I have studied the subject thoroughly, and I thought it was a shame that no French version of the guide existed, as it would greatly ease its popularization and experimentation.
This gap is now filled! I rolled up my sleeves, took out my finest keyboard and am bringing my contribution with this complete and official translation! [Local download link for the FaST Guide](FASTGuide2.12 - FRENCH.pdf) or on the official site.

I know that some translations will raise many comments, but this is a fully deliberate choice and I will gladly discuss it with anyone who wishes. In the meantime, happy reading and perhaps some experimenting :-)
